This product is a gonadotropin. It mainly has the effect of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), promotes follicular maturation and testicular production in the ovary and secretes hormones. The female endometrium is proliferated, and the male promotes the development of seminiferous tubules, spermatogenic cell division, and sperm maturation.

This product can be absorbed by intramuscular injection. The peak plasma concentration is 4-6 hours. After administration, serum estradiol peaks at 18 hours, increases by 88%, after intravenous injection of 150 IU, the drug Cmax was 24 IU/L, peaked at 15 minutes, eliminated into biphasic, mainly excreted by the kidneys, and no secretion was reported in breast milk.

In combination with chorionic gonadotropin, it is used for primary or secondary amenorrhea caused by insufficient gonadotropin secretion, infertility caused by anovulation.

Intramuscular injection Dissolved in 1~2ml sterile water for injection. Start (or the fifth day of the cycle) once 75~150u, once a day. After 7 days, the dose was adjusted according to the patient's level and follicular development, increasing to 150~225u per day. After the follicle matures, intramuscular injection of chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) 10,000 u induces ovulation. If the ovary does not respond after three weeks of injection, the drug is stopped.
