Propacetamol Hydrochloride for Injection

Function and treatment:
A short term treatment for moderate pain, especially after surgical pain, when a clinical emergency is urgently needed for the treatment of pain or high fever. It can also be used for short-term treatment of fever.

Usage and dosage:
Adults and children over 15 years of age; intravenous or drip, 1-2g/ times, 2-4 times, day, the interval should not be shorter than four hours, the daily dose is not more than 8g, for weak adults, each dose of 1g, before the use of this product, please use 9% Sodium Chloride Injection (or the special solvent sodium citrate solution) completely dissolved. The hydrochloric acid and fear of 1G should not be diluted with 50ml or 2g100ml10.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, and the final concentration is 20mg/ml. The infusion will be completed within 15 minutes.

Adverse reactions:
The main side effects were local pain at injection site (10%). Less than 1/10000 of the adverse reactions were dizziness, physical discomfort, erythema or urticaria, and other mild anaphylaxis, thrombocytopenia, leukoenenia, anemia, hypotension, elevated aminotransferase and contact dermatitis. There were reports of emergency shock and contact dermatitis and severe anaphylaxis in medical staff.
