[INDICATIONS]
It is used to relieve the symptoms of urinary obstruction caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
[USAGE AND DOSAGE]
Oral. Usually, the initial dosage of adult is 25mg (1 tablets), once a day, taken before bedtime. The dose can be adjusted appropriately with the clinical effect. The maximum dose may not exceed 75mg (3 tablets) per day. Elderly patients should start from low dose (12.5mg/day), and care for them.

[CAUTIONS]
1 Patients with liver function impairment should be cautious. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should be cautious when using this product for the first time.

2 This product can cause postural hypotension in the early stage or the increase of dosage, leading to dizziness and standing vertigo, so the high altitude operation and motorists should be used carefully.

3 During the period of taking care, we should pay attention to the change of blood pressure, and find that when blood pressure decreases, we should reduce or stop using it as appropriate.

4 Patients with low blood pressure or those who use antihypertensive drugs at the same time should be careful. 5, taking this product, there is the possibility of postural hypotension. It is recommended to take this product before going to bed.

[ADVERSE REACTION]
Dizziness, standing vertigo, head weight, headache, tinnitus, constipation, stomach discomfort, edema, chills, AST elevation and ALT elevation.
[CONTRAINDICATION]

[DRUG INTERACTION]
This product has synergistic antihypertensive effect with the combination of diuretics and antihypertensive drugs, and should be reduced when combined.
[DRUG OVERDOSE]
