Usage: Antibiotic drugs

Dosage: Oral

0.5g once for adults, once every 6-8 hours, the daily dose does not exceed 4g.
The daily dose for children is 20-40mg/Kg, once every 8 hours; the daily dose for infants under 3 months is 30mg/Kg, once every 12 hours.
Patients with severe renal impairment need to adjust the dosage. Among them, patients with an endogenous creatinine clearance rate of 10-30ml/min are 0.25-0.5g every 12 hours; patients with an endogenous creatinine clearance rate of less than 10ml/min 0.25-0.5g every 24 hours g.
