Identification

(1) Into about 0.1g sample, add 10ml of water for dissolving, if add little quantity of erythrosine and well shaking, then the test solution turns to pink; if add 5ml of methylene dichloride and well shaking, then the layer of methylene dichloride turns to pink.

(2) Into about 0.1g sample, add 10ml of water for dissolving, add 0.5ml of mixture solution of 0.6 potassium ferricyanide and 0.9% ferric chloride, heating and the test solution turns to blue.
